Kwena Mageza is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and the Director of Madinginye Attorneys Inc.
Her legal career has provided experience in both corporate and litigation environments. During her legal internship, she gained experience in reviewing and drafting contracts while simultaneously attending Law School through the Law Society of South Africa.
During this period she was also exposed to a significant corporate restructuring process involving the consolidation of business divisions, giving her an opportunity to contribute to the legal and administrative processes required to implement the restructuring.
Kwena subsequently gained substantial litigation experience while working in both plaintiff and defendant matters. Her experience includes legal research, preparation of third-party claims, client consultations, drafting summonses and pleadings, trial preparation, pre-trial proceedings and settlement negotiations.
Her experience has strengthened her ability to analyse complex legal issues, develop appropriate legal strategies and represent clients with confidence and professionalism.
